Do you offer a free trial?
What does the free plan include?
The free plan allows you to connect one financial institution. This includes all accounts under that institution, such as checking, savings, credit cards, and more. For example, if you bank with Chase and have a Chase Checking, Savings, and a Chase credit card, you can connect all of those accounts as part of the free plan.
Which countries is Balance available in?
Balance is currently available in the United States.
We're working to expand to the following countries soon: United Kingdom, Spain, Netherlands, France, Ireland, Canada, Germany, Italy, Poland, Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Estonia, Lithuania, Latvia, Portugal, and Belgium.
Do you support multiple currencies?
Not at this time.
Do you support crypto wallets?
Not yet.
Do I need to share my bank credentials with you?
Absolutely not, and you shouldn’t share your bank credentials with any app. We partner with Plaid, a trusted service, to securely connect your bank accounts to Balance. For most institutions, you’ll use OAuth, the most secure method for connecting your accounts.
How do you ensure my financial data is secure?
We take extensive measures to secure your financial data, including encrypting sensitive information, enforcing HTTPS connections, and blocking compromised passwords. For a deeper dive into our security practices, check out our Security Overview.
